Conditions of Entry

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between M87 Entertainment Pty Ltd ("M87", "we", "us" or "our") and any person holding or using a ticket to an M87 event ("you"). By purchasing a ticket, entering an event, or otherwise participating in an M87 event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply regardless of who purchased the ticket and operate in addition to any venue-specific or third-party conditions of entry.

1. Age restriction

1.1 All M87 events are strictly 18+. You must be aged 18 years or over and present valid photo identification to gain entry. Acceptable ID includes an Australian driver's licence, passport, or government-issued proof of age card. Entry will be refused without a valid ID.

2. Compliance with directions & laws

2.1 You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and any reasonable directions issued by event staff, contractors, security personnel, venue operators, or emergency services.

2.2 In the event of an emergency, or where required to protect health and safety, you must follow all instructions immediately. M87 may delegate enforcement to authorised third parties.

3. Entry conditions

3.1 Entry to any M87 event may be refused or you may be removed from the event at M87's discretion, including (but not limited to) if you:

  • Are under 18
  • Fail to present valid ID
  • Are intoxicated or in possession of prohibited items (such as outside alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, glass, fireworks, laser pointers, or any other item deemed unsafe or inappropriate by event staff)
  • Engage in unsafe, disruptive, illegal, or antisocial behaviour
  • Fail to comply with these Terms or lawful instructions

3.2 M87 reserves the right to conduct security checks including bag inspections, pat-downs, and other screening procedures upon entry or during the event.

3.3 You are responsible for your belongings at all times. M87 accepts no liability for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

4. Tickets

4.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be provided unless required by law.

4.2 Tickets must be purchased from official M87 ticketing partners. Tickets obtained via unauthorised sources may be refused.

4.3 Tickets must not be resold above face value, nor used for promotions, advertising, or giveaways without M87's prior written approval.

4.4 Entry is only valid with a ticket and matching photo ID. If wristbands are issued, they must be worn at all times and are non-transferable.

5. Event changes & cancellation

5.1 M87 may, at its sole discretion, change event details including lineup, schedule, venue, or format. Changes will be communicated via official channels.

5.2 In the event of cancellation without a reschedule, ticket holders may be entitled to a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

5.3 M87 is not liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the event due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, war, terrorism, government restrictions, power failure, or industrial action (force majeure events). In such cases, M87 will not be obligated to refund ticket prices or other costs, except as required by law.

6. Liability & indemnity

6.1 You enter M87 events at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, M87 is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft incurred in connection with the event.

6.2 You acknowledge that M87's directors, officers, employees, agents, and contractors are not personally liable. Any claims must be directed solely to M87 Entertainment Pty Ltd.

6.3 You agree to indemnify M87 for any loss, liability, damage, or expense arising from your conduct in breach of these Terms or any applicable laws.

7. Photography & recordings

7.1 By attending an M87 event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes. M87 may use these materials in future media without compensation.

7.2 Professional recording equipment is not permitted unless approved in writing by M87 prior to the event.

8. Privacy

8.1 M87 collects and uses personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By attending the event or purchasing a ticket, you consent to the handling of your personal information as outlined in that policy.

9. Changes to these terms

9.1 M87 may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately unless stated otherwise.
